MVC w/Injuries - Swamp Road at US113, Frankford, DE

On Tuesday 3/12/2013 at 1718 hours, members of the Frankford Volunteer Fire Company Station 76 were dispatched to a Motor Vehicle Collision (MVC) with injuries at the intersection of Swamp Road and US113 in Frankford. Command 76-8 with Deputy Chief Tommy Bacon arrived on scene to find a Ford Escape SUV had collided with a Dodge Ram pickup resulting in minor injuries. Ambulance A76, B76, Rescue Pumper 76-3, and Frankford Fire Police personnel responded to the scene. One patient was transported to Beebe Medical Center for further evaluation while the remaining vehicle occupants refused treatment at the scene. Units cleared the scene and were placed back in service at 1758 hours.
