Hydrant Training - Honolulu Road

On June 20, 2005 the members of the Frankford Vol. Fire Co. were brought together for training taught by Clarence Quillen a representative from Tidewater Utilities. He went over the safe operation of fire hydrants, as well as updated the company on the progress of the towns revamping of the system. New topics included the completion of the marking and painting of the hydrants to coinside with the regulated markings by the Delaware State Fire Prevention Commission.
