Engine 76-6 Sold - Station 76
Saturday, January 15, 2011
On January 15, 2011 the Frankford Volunteer Fire Company officially retired Engine 76-6. It was in service from 1979 until the present. The unit was a 1979 Ford/Pierce 750gpm pumper that served the residents and visitors of Frankford gracefully. The decision came to retire the unit after recently failing its pump testing. At this time there are no plans to replace this unit.
