MVC involving a Motorcycle - Gum Tree Road

On May 30, 2014 at 15:13 hours the Frankford VFC along with Dagsboro EMS, SCEMS Medic 103, and DSP Trooper 2 were dispatched for a two vehicle MVC. Upon the arrival of first fire unit 76-8 Medic 103 was found treating an injured motorcyclist with a second walking wounded patient. No extrication was required, but fire crews assisted ALS with packaging one patient for transport to Christiana ER via DSP Trooper 2. Other Crews aided with the cleanup of the scene. Units were returned to service without further incident.
