Interested in becoming a member of the Frankford Volunteer Fire Company?

We’d love to have you as part of our family!

We offer the following types of membership:

Associate Member (18+) :

This membership allows members of the community to support our fire company in multiple non-traditional roles.  An associate member can engage in activities such as Administrative tasks, EMS, Committee Work, Firefighting/Rescue as trained.  This type of membership does not require any specific training, but may be allowed to train to a level of firefighter.

Senior Member (18+):

This membership allows you to participate in all facets of the emergency services.  This is including, but not limited to Administrative Roles, Emergency Medical Services (EMS), Firefighting, and Rescue Operations.  You are required to attend three sequential firefighting courses (within three years) and obtain your emergency vehicle operator’s license (EVO).  These courses total 88 hours of training.  However, our company supports and encourages training well above those requirement.

Junior Member (14-18):

This membership allows members under the age of 18 to participate in company activities and begin their training requirements.  They are allowed to assist with operational activities and engage with other membership during support functions.
